Modifications to tow vehicle?

Has anybody done any modifications to their tow vehicles or their trucks? I have a 2005 Nissan Titan LE four-wheel-drive. It came with a heavy duty towing package, but I have updated and upgraded since then. I have a magna flow exhaust on the truck, with a K and N filter. I have an oversized finned transmission pan, as well as a second external long Tru-cool transmission cooler. As far as bling, I am running Remington hollow point wheels with Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires. Still enjoy the sweet boom sound of the standard Rockford Fosgate stereo. For all of the negative publicity the old Titans had, I guess I'm just "lucky". So far 200,000 miles and absolutely enjoy "Quadzilla " lol!!
