Anyone else watch " Wicked Tuna "

Its on the Nat Geo channel. I've seen it advertised for a while, but did not tune in till a month or so ago. Now I've watched a full season of " Outer Banks " , I think it was 2015 , and am into the 2016 season.

If you do watch, what are the different riggings they use ? Some use rod/reel , some use that " green stick " with a main line , and some bring the fish in on a big spool .

Are the baits on the rod/reel , clipped to the mainline ?
