Motor: 1982 Mercury 175 Black Max Absolutely screams. Less than 2 hours of run time since complete lower unit rebuild (new mercury gears, seals, water pump etc), New head gaskets, diverter plate gasket, poppet and a few other things. More than $1,200 in receipts. Turnkey, ready to run. However, the auto choke doesn’t close all of the way, making the first start a little tough. $1,800 with trim pump

Hot foot throttle $60 with cables

3.0 Liter Mecury Lower Unit 1.75 gears missing skeg: Lower Unit is in great working condition, but the skeg is gone, gone, gone. Only about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch remains below the cone. Prop shaft is straight, gears are good, water pump etc. Pulled it off and replaced it with a new lower. It's been boxed for over a year now in my shop ... gear oil still inside. $300 shipped $250 if you pick it up.
