Deciphering barrel markings

cd4th Shoot first, shoot again

Anyone know how to interpret barrel marks on an old shotgun? Or a site to help? Have an old double, hammered Richards I want to find out about. Actually I think it might be a fake Richards because it's engraved "Richard", not "Richards".
