Help me get this straight.

    The White House administration (Odumbo) is suing several states because of their new and more stringent immigration laws………..

    Correct? :thinking:

    This same administration does not apply or enforce law/s as written but now wants to complain and sue because the States are willing to take on the immigration problems that the White House/US Government refuse to enforce……….

    Correct? :thinking:

    If I’m correct so far………Why cant the States named in the lawsuit counter sue Odumbo’s administration / White House/ US Government for NOT enforcing the law of the land? :head_on_wall:

    I’m no lawyer but why cant the States try to collect for Undue Hardship, Lost wages, and Financial Hardships caused by the administrations failure to up hold the law of the land? :thinking:
