What would the scope be?

Or Fallout from the following scenario....

Not trying to be black helicopter and could care less about the Birther Movement. But, I do want to ask, what would the scope and/or fallout be if it was proven, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that BHO was not born in this country? Was/Is a Muslim? I am thinking it would be the scandal to end all scandals. Even if it was proven after he left Office. (Presumably, if he doesn't Executive Order himself a new term) What would be the fall out?? Would everything he passed, signed, vetoed, participated in, contracted with, treaties signed....in essence his whole 2 terms of being President turn out to be null and void?? Not to mention it would set the Democratic Party back about 60-70 years...:dancing_banana:
