WTH and I supposed to do for 4 months

Obama will have the authority to shut down the internet for 4 months if this bill gets to the floor and passes both the senate and house. How am I supposed to go that long without my OFF fix???

On a serious note, it's a great way to keep a lot of useful information out of the wrong (or rather right) hands........if you get my drift.
