Youth dirt bikes and ATV's

I did not know that there were age limits on what you could buy. I knew there was recomendations etc but I did not know that if a kid was 8 you could not buy him anything other than a 50cc and you had to be 12 for a 90 cc and bigger. Dealers won't sale to you if you tell them the age and apparently won't with out verifing.

Also did not know some states have large fees if you are from out of state. For example Tennesee. Seems the fee is almost 300.00
