a fishing question!!!

    watched a fishing show this mornin and the host said a bass is a bass is a bass, whatever works in California will work on the east coast. I really disagree.Before I moved to Florida we caught bass on 8 inch worms in NH. The guys I worked with bought me 10 inch worms in large quantities as a going away gift. My Florida buddies laughed at me.Best thing was a 6 inch worm My 13 pounder was caught on a 5 inch fluke ( appropriately named ,lol). I can walk a spook around a dock and in 5 years caught 1 small bass on it- another fluke. Anyways, I believe each area has it's own little quirks that work and don't work. What say you ?
