A little note about the New Year

    Just because tomorrow is our New Year's Day don't assume it is for everyone. The Chinese New Year for 2013 isn't celebrated until February 10. Please don't offend our Asian friends with a Happy New Year's greeting until then.

    I also post this as a public service announcement. I remember last year I forgot all about the date for Chinese New Year and was writing the Year of the Dragon on my checks a month too early.
