another rough nite last nite no sleep

yesturday my knee locked up and i stumbled and man is my back killing me i couldnt sleep much last nite took 3 pain pills and still couldnt get comfy enough to sleep much kept waking up eery hour or less and was not a good nite looks like we will be going t court on the knee thing i got papers from the lawyer asking 100 ? about stuff that didnt even have any thing to do with the injury either (from my lawyer for there lawyer) like list all jobs in the past 10 years list every pharmicy used and every docotr i saw in the last ten years yea right like i keep a diary of **** like that WTF sent my lawyer a email asking what the heck that was and if i had to answer them all he said yes unfortunally i have to he was out of town this week but suppose to call me monday and talk to me about it so i guess will now more on monday about the trial thing then this is really starting to piss me off now things they dont need to now they want to now i mean WTF it's none of there bussiness who i worked for and what doctors i seen in the past this is the 2nd workers comp claim in my life the first was when i gt cut with a chainsaw and took over 150 stiches in my left hand nothing to do with my knee just pisses yea off big time guess they want to make sure im not some jerk who tries to suit every insurrance co for stupid stuff i guess these a holes who suit for stupid chit makes it hard to get whats rightfully yours when yea get hurt at work now.....srry for the rant just getting really agravated and tired of being in pain because some insurrance co doesnt want to pay they all seem to want you to pay but when it comes time for them to pay its a different story
