As pissed as I can get

I have been unable to travel to the condo and overlook it's restortation. A friend went in yesterday and all he would say was, " you need to go and look for yourself". So today, I had a friend drive me to the lake. What a freaking disaster. I met the project manager there and told him I was rejecting ALL the work they had done. Totally unprofessional and looked like a junior high shop project.

1) the wrong cabinets weree installed and even then were done incorrectly.
2) the floor tile was uneven, grout was wrong color and poorly installed
3) the walls were painted the wrong color even though I had given them the paint formulas.
4) the baseboards were improperly mitred, unstained and already nailed to the walls.
5) the fixtures were incorrectly mounted.
6) I could continue this list for quite a while but you get the idea.

This was the most unprofessional job I have personally seen. They said they would make everything right. I talked to my insurance carrier. They said everything would be taken care of because the contract was between the restorer and the carrier.
I may not get to use the condo this year. Four months to do a 2 week job and it looks like this. You can build a house from scratch quicker than that.
Somehow I feel this will turn into a lawsuit between the contractor and the carrier.
