Broken Down Trailer

    Well went fishing yesterday at Buggs Island. Had a sorry day, Fish not biting. Load boat and head home. Going around Oxford Bypass at stop light, I smell brakes. Figured it was truck in front of me. I turn and still smell something. Find a pull off and check brakes. Rear trailer tires and hubs were smoking hot. Get brakes unstuck and while standing there the right rear cool hub blows oil out. I head for a friends house in Stem. Get there and there is no longer any oil in hub. It is going to cost 400.00 to haul trailer to Lexington plus what ever need replacing. A bad day fishing turned really bad. Just glad I did not have to leave it on the side of the road.
