Bunch of wings

Glad I started cooking early. It's going to take all day to cook 200 full wings in the oven. I could have put them all into my large smoker. The first batch is cooling and I'll give one a taste test soon. Also cooking a brisket in the oven in a char crust so it remains moist. Nothing worse than dried out brisket. Maybe overcooked possum. I'm making crab rangoon stuffing now and will cook crab rangoon when guests show for the game. Some guests are bringing appetizers so this is all the cooking I'm going to do.
