I don't know what that was all about yesterday. I can't support the marchers cause I don't know what they stand for. I can't condemn the marchers cause I don't know what they stand for.

I don't know because I don't believe a lot of the media accounts. I also don't believe what I read on social media. I attempt to discern some facts from video I can see with my own eyes, but that's impossible.

I do know this, calling people racists, nazis, facists, misogynists , or any other ist .............got out of hand years ago. Its been way over used and stretched to include about anything someone is opposed to. And its been done to the point that the terms have lost meaning to me, because they all mean something different to whichever person is using the term.

I can't count the number of times I was called a racist because I disagreed with Obama's policies. I got sooooo tired of that. But in the end, I went from a position of despising racism to beginning to think its something that I may be, and don't know it. I feel the definition of racism has been changed to something I don't understand any more. I'm old enough to know real racism. I saw the race riots of the 60's on TV. My first job out of college, the only black man the company employed was the janitor and hearing the N word was very common. That was real racism, I despised that then and I do now. Racism to me, was discriminating against someone due to their skin color, now anyone who points out that there might be a difference between races, gets the racist nomiker.

But today, I think there are groups or politicians or both, who want to keep the issue alive for political or financial profit.

I think that fella at Google, which I read his entire 10 pages of thoughts on women in tech, got fired for stating the obvious, that there are differences between men and women. He did not say one was superior to the other, he just laid out a case that they are different. For this simple old man, he just stated what I've thought all along.

So I don't know any more. When it comes to these social issues, I'm just an ignorant old man. I hope all of this is a passing social trend, but if not, I worry bout the future of this country as we know it.
