Christmas Nog

Whipped up some homemade eggnog last night. Now I don't have any eggs for breakfast. Thought I had some in another refrigerator. :doh:

I use Canadian Mist in the nog. The Canadian whiskey has less bite to it and allows the eggnog flavor to come through. Putting in the whiskey right after making the nog makes it last about a week longer inthe fridge. Next week, homemade custard. Going to make about 3 gallons to serve guests at Christmas. The hens are going to be busy laying eggs for that recipe. :Smile:
