Comin' Home!

What a trip! Had a little concern Mon.so had to stay a extra day. On the train back from Slidell, La. Just left at 7:00am Tues. and due in Greensboro, NC at 4:00am Wed. morning. Never do this again! Wasn't so bad going down, the attendants, conductor and stewarts on the train were very helpful but going back so far they're acting as though they could give a S#@$ whether they do anything or not. Oh well when it ends it will be over. Had a ball in the "Big Easy" and eat some good fixins. Got some Alligator, Shrimp Boudin and two other types of sausages for the creole fixin's for the Gathering Saturday evening Bassmanbutch and Poncho so be ready. I am going to fix it at home, freeze it ahead of time to let it age up a bit and bring it to campground thaw it out, heat it up on Saturday afternoon. That way it will be better.
