Complex pool trashed

    My condo complex is on 42 acres over 2 coves. The largest land wise at LOZ. We just had an olympic sized pool installed last year. 234 units with 10 units being rental propeety. Last night, renters went into the pool, broke bottles and left glass in the pool. They also left blood, human waste, and set off the fire extinguihers around the pool. They were caught, the Sheriff Deputy came, and he refused to arrest them. The head guard called the Sheriff this morning and he came to write a report and ask questions. He is with the perps now. The pool is closed until it can be drained, cleaned and refilled according to state law.
    We don''t know what will happen with the perps(late 20's-early 30's) as far as the law. Their credit card will be billed for the damages. All these parents and kiids cannot use the pool on one of the busiest day of our season.
