Did some Yankee Smoking

  1. Thought I'd see what all the hub bub was about electric smokers. So we picked up some country style ribs, took a pan and layed the ribs out. Figured I'd go full yankee, so I covered the ribs with rub. Set the oven for 250* and let cook for 3 hours.

    Took some corn in the husk, split the husk and packed with butter. Lit the grill to 300* and let the corn start to cook. Removed the ribs from the electric indoor smoker and put on the grill. Poured the juice from the pan over the ribs and let grill for about 45 minutes.

    Wasn't as good as wood, but I guess it'll do whenever I want to be a lazy cook



    ***** Country style ribs are a Boston Butt sliced about 1 1/2 thick. If done right they are really good
