Do you remember the first time

    You got drunk. I sure do. I was 13 years old and camped out with 4 friends down by the river. One of my friends parents was having a party that night and had a keg of beer. The adults gave up the party about 2am and left the keg in a shack by the river. Well being true teenage boys we went over to the shack and decided to have a few. It wasn't long before the beer did it's job and I was well beyond drunk. When I tried to walk the ground looked like it was about a foot higher then it was so I was taking really high steps all the way back to where we were camping. I got in my sleeping bag but it wasn't long that I realized I didn't feel so good and the ground was spinning. After a few more minutes I knew I was going to be sick. I crawled out of the bag because for some reason I couldn't stand up. I dug a hole in the sand and I thought my shoes were going to come out of my mouth. I heaved until there wasn't anything left and then heaved some more. I somehow made it back to my sleeping bag and woke up about 9am under the hot summer sun. I felt really bad that whole day and it was a long time before I ever thought about drinking again. To this day I don't like to drink much at all.
