First week of furlough

    We are in the first week of 11 weeks being forced to take one day off a week without pay. Not a big deal for me but it will crush some of the lower paid employees. Yesterday I was told we must spend a lot of extra money that was sent down from command by the end of the week. Tell me what's wrong with this picture.
