? for the meat wrapper

    Years ago I ordered beef ribs at a place and they brought out one rib. That thing looked like something from the Flintstones. It had about a pound of meat on it. I've looked at several markets over the years and have never found a rib cut that way again. What is it called when it is cut that way and where can you find it?
