Found a new form of excercise

    in the last 4 and 1/2 hours I mowed the lawn,took down 2 medium spruce trees that died over the winter because of not enough insulation I guess,planted a rose bush and some other thing for the wife and some phlox. Heavy lifting isn't this bad, I'm plum tuckered out for a old feller:Rolling:
