So I get home from night shift Saturday morning and find out that the furnace wasn't working in the apartment above my garage. Checked everything out and found the blower motor was pretty hard to turn. Took everything apart and oiled up both bearings in the motor enough to make things run for the day. Took the motor down to the local repair shop Sunday morning (yes, the guy is open Sundays) and he went through it and got things fixed. Went down to pick it up and the bill was $85. Looked up the price of a brand new motor when I got home and found I can buy it locally for $84.95. :head_on_wall:
