good fish dinner

    cd4th Shoot first, shoot again

    Decided to grill up some of the steelhead I posted about earlier. Did some experimenting and took one of the fillets and rubbed it down with some mayo, then added some Italian seasoning. The other fillet I just used sea salt and a garlic/peppercorn mixture.

    Just before throwing them on the grill.

    Not much left after dinner. These were good sized fillets. Damn, were they tasty. :rock_on:
