Great day today

    cd4th Shoot first, shoot again

    Fired up the grill this morning and cooked up a pork loin for today. Had it in a brine for about 18 hours, then put a rub on it and some beech wood for smoke. Never had such a juicy piece of pork before. :rock_on: Added a few burgers and some dogs and everyone ate like kings. Kicked back in the pool with a brew(s) for a while. Heck of a day. :cheers:
