Home heating question

Caleb Ammon's room is super cold. His room is also the furthest from the heater and faces North. We have good windows and thermal drapes, but his room is always cold. He has good airflow from the one vent in the room and the cold air return isn't blocked. I've shut all non essential vents in the house, and I don't see any levers of any kind on the furnace to direct air to one side of the house. Any ideas?
