Lease/rent to own Home????

The wife and I have been talking to some folks about buying/lease to own a small home in Paris/Dover area.
1450sq ft. built in 1976. Small fenced in back yard, One car detached garage in fenced yard, hardwood, 5mins from Paris ramp. :rock_on::rock_on:

It is offered on a lease to own. What are some of the things we might need to know before looking into this further. :thinking:
