Looked at BFL results yesterday

The Okie BFL was on Grand Lake Saturday. I looked at the results and saw some people I know live on the lake, who blanked.

How does that happen ?

Grand is filled with fish. I don't see how anyone who lives on the lake can blank. I could see where they have a bad day and don't get in the money or don't fill out a limit, but to blank ?

I know a local tourny guy here whose accomplished regionally and has won the All American, who goes up there for every BFL and you can almost bet he will have a five fish limit that weighs 12 to 15 #'s. Set your watch buy it. He's rarely gonna bring in the 20# bag, but he's just consistent And he's three hours away from Grand. Yes, he's been doing this for 20+ years, he started back in the early 90's when it was Red Man, but so have some of the locals.
