Lunch

    Decided to make Lamb Saag for lunch. It is a himalayan dish. The baselayer is Basmanti rice, a layer of spinach, cut veggies in a "special sauce". The lamb meat is cut into 1 in. pieces and braised firsst. I've never been to Tebet, Nepal, or Bhutan but this dish is really good.
