Meat Recall Update........

At 8am today, we got a surprise audit by the USDA (not the state or county health inspector, but the Feds). This has only happened once in my entire career, but could happen anytime, anywhere. They were nice guys, but professional and VERY thorough. Anyhow, all was fine (although they did ask if the rumors about Hunt were true). I did ask them about that mess in California and they said it was bad. They're calling in more inspectors and they're still digging into the disaster. To answer DD's question: Not only will this company go under, but i think criminal charges will be filed.
