Military Memorabilia

    Anyone on here collect military gear and memorabilia? I'm still clearing out the house. The excess fishing gear is down from 8 fifty gallon storage boxes to one. Now it's time to go through stuff I gathered during my career. If I was in an area, I grabbed something to keep. No guns, knives, grenades, RPG's in my collection--so don't ask. I've got a few native hats and shirts from Bagram, Kandahar, Tora Bora area from the last war. If you read Pashtun or Urdu, I have a couple of books. Similar stuff for the first Iraq war. Everything else is from the Far East, Middle East, N. Africa. My nieces and nephews will get first crack at it. I also told the local VFW that I would donate some things for their display. I'm keeping anything from the Cold War and Nam for now.

    I probably won't get to this until I am well into rehab. I was told it will take several months before I can drive and this is a project I can do when the boredom gets to me.
