Mission BBQ

Have been patronizing Red, Hot & Blue and Famous Dave's for years. Unfortunately, there have been a bunch of restaurant closures in our area and both of these closed. They still have locations in the area, but are at a good distance from me.

Had a Mission BBQ open in our town last week. Stopped there yesterday to try them out. Had the Salmon and wet brisket, along with Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese and Beans w/brisket. The salmon was smoked and had been rubbed with Old Bay Seafood Seasoning. Potato salad was overloaded with mustard for my taste. Mac & Cheese was great! Beans were a little hot, again for my taste.

At least I gave them a try. I will make the 20 mile trip to the nearest Red, Hot & Blue in the future.
