Missouri protests

I'm not overly up to date on this and you can educate me.From what I understand, there was a student on starvation in protest to a swatsticka and some racial name calling. The football players decided to not play in protest until the university president resigned.He resigned and there's more protests:thinking:What did the president have to do with all of this?I'm left thinking this, if the student wants to starve himself that's his decision. At some point if in authority I'd have grabbed him and given him a iv. If the athlete's don't want to play in protest fine, their done and scholorships revoked.What am I missing here :thinking:
