My Dad is a very lucky man

    Friday afternoon my dad was helping me trim out a bathroom remodel we have been working on. I needed a piece of base trim ripped and he took the piece and headed outside to the tablesaw. I heard the saw start and then a yell and I knew by the way he yelled it wouldn't be good. The saw had kicked back the piece of trim and pulled his thumb into the blade. He has a real bad cut but still has his thumb thank god.

    He is 65 years old and really proud of the fact that he has all 10 fingers after 35 years in construction. He is a very lucky man, most guys I know that have ever got a finger into a tablesaw have lost at least one finger.
