Nebguy's Rant (Walmart)

Came out of work today and found that my right rear tire was almost completely flat. I didn't want to get all dirty and wet by changing to the spare tire, so I went to the service station and put some air in it. I decided that I'd just get back to a civilized part of the world to get it repaired. For those of you who don't know, I work in Hunt's town. That's one town you definitely don't want to become stranded in with all the inbred cannibals running around (you know, like in the movies? That's Hunt's town).
As it turns out, that "civilized" part of the world that I went to was Walmart. :doh: That was the one place that I knew absolutely would be open on a Sunday and was right off the highway. Since my "change oil" light has been on for about a week, I decided to get the oil changed while I was there. They said that it would take a bit longer than an hour due to it being busy.
As I waited, the girl who attended to me (she was ugly) kept coming in the waiting area to text on her phone. I'm assuming this was to get out of the view of the cameras.
After only about 45mins, the oil was changed, they looked like they had driven Bertha around the parking lot and brought her back in to check the torque on the lug nuts. I was happy. Ahead of schedule even. I pay and am heading out to go home and was looking at the work order and guess what? They changed the oil and ROTATED all four tires! Nowhere on there did it say anything about fixing a tire. I go back inside and ask them about it. No one knew anything and the ugly girl was at dinner and out of the building. There was already a car in the tire bay, so I had to wait another hour while they fixed mine.
At least they didn't charge me for fixing the tire and my tires needed rotating anyhow. It cost me $42 for an oil change, 4 wheel rotation, and getting the flat fixed. I can live with that. :Cool_thumbs_up:
