need help with my truck

    my chev truck is red and has oxidation on the hood and in two small spot on the roof. What should I do to fix it. I have been keeping the truck wiped down with BBS. Do I use a clay stick or rubbing compound and a buffer? It is not real bad just looks dull. Need help as I have never had to deal with this before. Thanks
