Need help.

I can't see Youtube videos at work. This is supposed to be a video of Michigan Democratic Rep. John Conyers addressing the Metro Atlanta Democratic Socialists of America on November 5. I need some one to watch it and tell me if 1) it's true and 2) what he says.
