Our newest venture...

There are a few times in life when an opprotunity comes along. Sometimes, you pass it on and sometimes you gotta take it. Well, Doc and I had one come along and since we decided long ago that we will not participate in this Regime's Economy, we took it and are running with it. I'm hoping some of you here will partake in it and enjoy yourselves.

At Guntersville Lake, in Spring Creek, and I know some of you know where that is....there is a marina there with "floating condos" right on the water. Well, we bought one of them yesterday, papers and all. Its ours! Using it for rental property and for ourselves also. Neat little buggers if you ask me. We are figuring around 400 square feet. And it sits right on the water too. Place has AC, TV, Cable. Electricity. 2 burner stove and a Toaster Oven, Microwave, small fridge, Queen size bed, full bathroom with shower, couch that folds out to a futon-type bed, oh heck, here are the pics.

View from Bedrrom to the front. Faces West, and has a small covered deck/porch and the water is about 6-8ft right in front of the deck. Bass were schooling there yesterday. :dancing_banana:

We are pricing it almost the same as the old owner....She had it at $99 a night during the week and $120 on weekends. We're changing it to $90 during the week and keeping the $120 on weekends. But, for my OutKast guys, its $75 a night, anytime.

We're hoping this will be a successful venture for us and if it is, we just might buy 2 or 3 more. :dancing_banana:
