Potaka Lake

Next Saturday is the first BFL for the Hoosier Division and Potaka Lake is the first stop. At the rate I am going I may as well sit on the bank and fish for catfish. I have yet to catch a damn fish let alone a bass! I took off work Friday in hopes I'll find something I can at least get a bite on before Saturdays tourny. I have used, jerk baits, worms, lizards, jigs, crank baits, spinnerbaits, swimbaits and the best I have done is having something knock slack in my line yesterday, while using a spinnerbait and then nothing the rest of the day. Water temps are are low to mid 40's, water color is dark green to a dingy green. Yesterday, tried following the koots around trying to find bait fish, that didn't work either, lol. Anybody ever fish Patoka this time of year that may have an idea that might help, I could sure use it.
