Since it's crappie season

I have said this before but since crappie season is starting I'll give a refresher. To make your bass taste almost like crappie and get rid of the fishy taste try this. Soak your bass in 7 UP, Sierra Mist, or other citrus soda. It will get rid of the fishy taste and sweeten up the bass. The taste is like crappie.

Put your bass in a bowl and pour in a can of citrus soda. Make sure it covers the fillets and let it sit for 30 minutes. Don't rinse the fillets and cook them as you prefer. This is the only way I cook bass now.
