Sportsmans Guide

Anyone order from Sportsmans Guide and had any issues?

I was taking advantage of the Memorial Day sales that Sportsmans Guide was running (free shipping) and ordered a pair of Wiley X sunglasses on Saturday. I received the order confirmation, sunglasses on backorder till June 17th, no big deal. I go and sign back into my account that I created and at the top of the screen, as any site would, says "Welcome Kevin", I click on My Account and there in big bold letters it says "Welcome Brad Garner" Im like wtf?

I tried calling yesterday, but due to holiday they were closed. So I call them this morning and ask about that issue and the woman I spoke with could not find my information without looking it via my cc number. According to her, my order never went through, even though I have the order number and I provided her with said confirmation number. She still could not figure out the name issue, but since my order didnt go through, she would re-do the order. Now, as a non-member, the sunglasses are $39.99. She places the order and says that will $50.97. I said, WHOA, when I ordered them it was with free shipping, so she is able to take the shipping off and says its now $40.98, I ask how can that be, they are only $39.99, well there is a .99 package insurance. I dont want that either.

Again I ask her, why is it that A) I have an order confirmation and the order didnt go through and B) Why is someone else's name associated with my account. Well gee I really dont know, but your order should be shipped around June 17th, when they come in off of back order.

Now should I call them back and continue to get to the bottom of both issue A and B or let it go and hopefully I dont end up with two pair of glasses?
