Supper

The wife is out with girlfriends tonight so I cooked something I like and the wife hates. It is an Islamic dish called Lamb Saag.
I cooked it to strict Islamic code using " Halal " lamb and assuring the lamb was killed using the Islamic prescribed " Dhahiba " method. The dish consisits of lamb, tumeric, balsmatic rice, spices in a light gravy over a bed of spinach. It is good stuff. As I continue to take gourmet cooking classes, I try to ocassionally cook in the Morrocan or French Morrocan styles. I brought a sample of another dish called Lamb Vindaloo to a class and the chef tasted and asked for the recipe and how to use a turreen.
