Supper

I stopped by a local meat market yesterday and they had fresh, farm raised quail for sale. I got 8 cleaned quail for $10. I have them on the indoor grill and put a little home made rub on them. I'll take the meat off the bones this afternoon and mix it with some homemade stuffing. The wife likes it this way. Hope y'all have a good day and a good supper. A little jalepeno cornbread also.
