this VA visit

well added to the high cholesterol, they say high blood pressure and diabetic.So I've been doing my blood pressure here at home and it's freakin excellent! I tell them I hate doctors and hospitals and it's white coat syndrome.You wouldn't believe the diet I've put myself on. I'm stopping red meat to hopefully lower the cholesterol and am lifting like a girl and walking some.They changed all my freakin meds around and I started them yesterday.I don't do drugs well. My stomach gets all messed up and I sweat like a 15 year old in heat.My blood pressure this morning was 90 over 61 !!!So I call the VA and am going back next Monday just for a blood pressue check with their machine and then mine to see that mine works right.Don't take the medicine anymore they say till then, great .Then the mail comes and it says they found a small amout of blood in the stool and are scheduling a colonoscopy. That isn't happening ! I know what you'll say but I can't do that stuff.It's my biggest phobia in life and I know I should suck it up BUT ( no pun intended ! )Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. I always said and those close to me know that I'd take a bullet for my team or friends, I'd walk point knowing some bad juju was about to go down. I joked that the kids would hear " now for some stuff out of a John Wayne movie ( my preferred way to go ) but I don't do needles and hospitals !!!:censored::censored::censored:
