TImes arent bad every where

Or at least improving. Went to Greensboro today for a job. Got out of car said maybe 5 words to the guy. He said "NO BS just give me a number" SO I did. He said let's do it. I said how do you want to pay for it. He said what do you mean, I am going to pay you right now and proceed to write a check for $10,550. I wrote up the contract and left. Was there all of 15 minutes. Never seen the guy before today
