first off I hope KT is doing well !:innocent0001:I cancelled the colonoscopy....... for now. I had a Chief Corpsman take my blood pressure and we talked and he suggested to have the test again in 3 months and go from there.2 weeks ago when they diagnosed the diabetes I came home and do what I do balls to the wall everything. No more red meat, beer, soda, you get the idea:Thumbs_down: Walking , some light lifting,some easy jogging. Anyways, I lost 14 pounds.I can actually see my ......... feet again:Rolling:
