Well that was a short vacation

We had a great time up in northwest Wisconsin, for a short time at least. We had the whole resort to ourselves. There were two other people with us the first couple days and then it was just the wife and I. Hardly anyone else out fishing so the lakes were all ours also. Weather was absolutely perfect. Got a text during the night from my son saying to call him when we got up. As it was, my daughter-in-laws father had passed. He has been in the hospital for the past month with heart complications. They had just told us how good he was doing the night before. They also just got to tell him he was going to be a grandpa when he first went into the hospital.
