Went to the Doc

    Got the staples out of my back. He said everything looks good and I can drive again. I've put away the cane but I'm not allowed to fully bend at the waist. I'll do a lot of walking to strengthen my legs and a lot of stretching exercises. He said I will not need physical therapy since I am doing so well. I am being conservative and promised the wife not to do anything stupid. Looks like I will be back on the water in mid March. Oh yeah, I've lost 13 lbs. the last 3 weeks. Only--- more to go. :Smile:
