What's for Supper?

    The wife is having an evening out with the girls. So, I decided to cook up the last of my Quail. Four Quail cooked in Marsala wine sauce with brown rice. At the last minute I cover the Quail with an orange glaze. Four Quail is about right for me. My freezer is almost empty of bird and game so time to hunt again next season. For desert I bought a slice of Key Lime pie.

    Y'all have a goood supper.
